This Terms of Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legally binding contract between 999Antiques, LLC (hereinafter "999Antiques", "we", "us") and you (hereinafter "User", "Member", or "Professional").
By accessing the domains 999antiques.com, exclusive.999antiques.com, club.999antiques.com, join.999antiques.com, apply.999antiques.com, or participating in our private Alpha-Channels (WhatsApp/Telegram), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, YOU ARE PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICE.
By applying for the "Private Club," you represent and warrant that:
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use any part of the 999Antiques Ecosystem.
It is fundamental to the operation of 999Antiques that all Users understand our role in the marketplace.
999Antiques provides a high-security B2B ecosystem consisting of an asset-listing web platform and real-time networking channels. WE ARE NOT AN ANTIQUE DEALER, AN APPRAISER, AN AUCTIONEER, A BROKER, OR A FINANCIAL INSTITUTION.
999Antiques does not inspect, verify, or certify the authenticity, condition, or legal status of any antiquities and high-value assets listed. All due diligence regarding the physical goods is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the User entering into a transaction.
Membership in the 999Antiques Private Club is a privilege, not a right. To maintain a "Scam-Free" environment, all members must adhere to strict professional standards.
Access to our real-time networking groups is provided solely for professional trading and expert consensus.
You are obligated to maintain the validity of your professional licenses or equivalent credentials. If your license expires, is revoked, or is suspended by local authorities, you must notify 999Antiques immediately. Failure to do so constitutes fraud and will result in a permanent ban.
999Antiques charges for access to its proprietary verification infrastructure and exclusive B2B lead network.
Access to the Private Club and Alpha-Channels is subject to a recurring fee of $99.99 per month.
If a recurring charge is declined, your access to the Private Club, web platform, and Alpha-Channels will be suspended immediately. 999Antiques is not liable for any missed deals or business interruption during this period of suspension.
If 999Antiques terminates your account due to a violation of these Terms (e.g., fraud, illegal trade, or breach of conduct), you forfeit the remainder of your subscription month, and no refund will be issued.
Every transaction initiated via 999Antiques is a private contract between the buying and selling parties.
Members must rely on their own expertise, provenance research, and physical inspections. Any "Expert Consensus" provided in the channels is an opinion, not a legal guarantee of authenticity or historical value.
The 999Antiques platform, including its design, algorithms, verification systems, and proprietary lead distribution network, is the exclusive property of 999Antiques, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The trade inquiries (leads) distributed to Members are the confidential information of 999Antiques. Members are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use this lead data solely for the purpose of making a professional offer. Selling, sharing, or distributing these leads to third parties or non-members is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate termination of membership and potential legal action for damages.
When you upload images or descriptions of assets, you warrant that you have the right to share such content and that it does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property. You grant 999Antiques a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and use this content for the purposes of facilitating the marketplace and improving our market analytics.
999Antiques provides the Service "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will result in any specific number of deals or revenue for your business.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 999Antiques, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including:
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us for the subscription in the one (1) month prior to the claim.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be settled by binding arbitration in Florida. You agree to waive your right to a trial by jury.
YOU AGREE THAT YOU MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST 999ANTIQUES ONLY IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. This means you cannot "pool" resources with other 999Antiques members to sue us collectively.
999Antiques reserves the right to terminate your access to the Ecosystem at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to the breach of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct harmful to the community.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement.
